		<description>I totally agree. I guess that's not a shocker what with the free-speech-vital-to-journalism thing, but I know some LGBT folks just want to see Phelps get what's coming to him. I've read some convoluted justifications for why this shouldn't fall under freedom of speech, but to me, if it's on public land (in the cemetery would be different), they can't touch him on this without setting a very, very scary precedent.
